Equipment Structure description and feature

1 Structure Overview:      

   equipment designed with a set of jib,the jib with 5*2 pick and place nozzles.

2 There’s a positioning system between the feeder and the feeding platform, 

    for LED chips positioning after picked by the absorbing nozzles, 

    before them placed onto the points of PCB

3 A inspection optical fiber sensor installed between the feeding platform and the positi    oning system,

   when the absorbing nozzles pass by the inspection optical fibers,

   the device will detect whether there the nozzles with LED chips or not

1 Mechanical calibration function to ensure placement accuracy 

2 High speed mounting operation,up to 25000/30000 MAX speed 

3 PCB feeding platform for automatically and recycling pick and
